The PETEC project will develop a Human Resources (HR) organisation transformation duplicated metaverse. Similar to using digital twins to recreate and model scenarios, this virtual metaverse will enable employees to engage with many of the offerings which traditionally are facilitated by HR professionals, in a new way. Using theories of motivation and gamification, which is a rising opportunity increasingly recognised by industry to provide a replicated, interactive, 3D metaverse platform that allows employees, free from bias and discrimination, to take control of their career development pathways, improve safety, mental health and wellbeing and create learning and leadership opportunities.
Our CEO is a leader in the fields of remote operations, human factors, and mining automation. Growing up on Mario Brothers, Peta loves the idea of turning our virtual world into a gaming opportunity. On discovering the Metaverse, Peta realised she was living in a moment of opportunity. Her own experiences led her to grow a passion for empowering people, to guide them through high stress, fast changing, high paced environments to become enthusiastic about change through their uniqueness and the power of resilience and transformation, and the metaverse has provided us with the opportunity to do just that.
